started off yesterday morning by meeting up with sean and dave to take care of business at the fashion shows. you get red carpet treatment at these bad boys which we aren’t really used to, the last trade show we attended we were selling product out of a suitcase in liverpool…definitely no free vin and many a pleasant lady folk there. when the shows were over we headed back to meet umberto and get pizza. umbertos friend leila had missed her flight back to new york so she came back to hang out with us for another night, the tobacco shops were closed by the time she got back so i went on a cig scabbing trek with her which turned into a competition. we started on a massive roundabout and i went one way and she went the other, we met the other side and the person with the most cigs wins. i lost 5-4 which i think is pretty good considering i don’t have tits. we then headed back to umbertos to complete our construction and get some whiskey flowing. later we met up with fred and headed to some clubs, after a lot of pavement partying matthieu decided to show us how the hobos get down in paris. he bought some savage 11.6% beers and we got grimey on some steps for a bit. after some banter with some scottish birds outside le maison de merde discotheque we all got split up and me and anthony ended up in another club with fred where we finally managed to get the kills and joy division played after some communication problems with the disc jockey. after that we headed back but got totally lost and ended up back at umbertos apartment at 6am. today we woke up 10 minutes before we were meant to go meet sean and dave at the airport which we later discovered was because anthony set his alarm for the wrong day, so we were lucky really because we could of woke up next monday. we made it to the airport though and got some refreshments from hippopotomus, which made me piss myself every time i saw the sign because i was introduced to flight of the concords just before we left for paris and all weekend it made me think of the hiphopopotomus….ummm steve.
